Not so "Becky Homecky"

Well today was my last day of work for a couple of weeks.

Like always, the last day I work before Holidays, we made

a tasty treat relative to the holiday on hand.

(That would be Christmas, for those of you who live under a rock)

We made "gingerbread" houses

(cheated....I used graham crackers)

(Cheated again....with canned frosting)

Ya, ya, ya, I'm not a total "Becky Homecky"

I'm over it.

The kids LOVED it!

We had a great time decorating them

And the kids wanted to consume them seconds after placing the last candy detail.

Am I surprised?

Not even kind of.

Also....Maya and I were watching "The Grintch" yesterday

I asked her if she liked Cindy Lou Hoo's hair and Maya said

"I LOVE IT! I WISH MY MOM WOULD DO MY HAIR LIKE THAT!"

*DING...Light bulb*

I am officially the coolest Nanny ever, because I know how to do that.

So today, I worked my magic and came up with this...

She was in love with it.

She's such a delight!
