Finishing Generals

Alrighty! So one of my new years resolutions was to finish up all my General education classes. I figured this would probably take me 2 semesters. I was signed up for 4 classes at the end of December, and I was on a wait list for 2 other classes. Each wait list had almost 10 other students ahead of me...I wasn't counting on getting in. Today,(much to my surprise) I found out that I was added to my 2 wait list classes! That being said, I will be all finished with my general classes by May!!!! This is a big accomplishment for me, considering I never thought I would see the day that I would be in classes with only nursing majors working towards my actuall nursing degree!! I'm so excited! Although, I am also a little worried about my work load this semester. Here is my schedule:

1. Human Anatomy and Physiology(3 hr class)

2. Human Anatomy and Physiology Lab(2 hr class)

3. English 102(2 hr class)

4. American Literature(3 hr class)

5. Sociology(4 hr class)

6. Psychology(3 hr class)

yes, you read that right, my sociology class is 4 hours long. Besides the bummer fact of being a 4 hour class, it is also on SATURDAY!!! Who in their right mind schedules a 4 hr class on a saturday? I guess I do.

That is my schedule for this semester. I also need to factor in working to this schedule. My life is going to get pretty crazy here in the next couple of months. But it will be worth it once I dont have to sit next to smelly construction majors in my english classes anymore ;)
